Jason is Michelin-awarded Jari Vesivalo’s first entirely own restaurant. The Jason team shares a background in both domestic and international top restaurants and a desire to combine high-quality food with a relaxed atmosphere.
At Jason, the menu features carefully crafted vegetables, seafood, and game. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and handled with the care they require. The goal in the kitchen is to make damn good food without unnecessary gimmicks, without compromising on quality. In addition to set menus, the blackboard offers à la carte dishes and bar snacks that can complement the menu or be enjoyed on their own at the bar with a drink.
